Our New Neighbourhood Empowers Our Mission

The Giant Steps Autism Centre, a state-of-the-art facility specifically designed for people with ASD, will find its home in the Technopôle Angus, an avant-garde neighborhood guided by principles of innovative sustainable development.

The Technopôle Angus, an avant-garde neighbourhood completing its development in the Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie borough in the heart of Montreal, is community-centered and easily accessible by multiple means of transportation.

Guided by principles of innovative sustainable development, the Technopôle Angus includes abundant green space, residences, small businesses, medical clinics, schools, cafés, and restaurants. The mixed-use site promotes an urban lifestyle within a safe and supportive community.

By design, the neighbourhood of the Technopôle Angus promotes a social economy, in which enterprises prioritize serving members of the community. This collaborative spirit will make the on-site businesses ideal partners for our adult work-placement initiatives. As a result, our users will be encouraged to reach their full potential as autonomous and productive citizens in a truly autism-inclusive borough.
